What areas do you cover?
We can deliver throughout England, Scotland and Wales.
How do I know what to order?
Don’t worry - we will liaise with you and your caterer to ensure that you have everything you need.
How much is delivery and collection?
We will charge for delivery and collection at 50p per mile (based on the mileage specified by the iPhone map app).
Can we collect the items from you?
Due to the fragile nature of our products we prefer to deliver to you in person and ensure that you have everything you need.
Can you set everything up at the venue when you deliver?
Of course. The charges will depend on the size of your event. Please ask us for details. We can either provide a random selection of china or colour theme each table.
When can we expect delivery in relation to our event?
We will deliver to you one or two days before your event, or possibly on the day if we are setting up for you. We will normally collect within 48 hours of your event. We will discuss this with you and do our best to meet your particular requirements.
Do we have to wash up after the event?
No. In fact due to the delicate nature of many of our products, we’d prefer that you leave that to us. All we ask is that you empty any jugs and teapots, wipe plates and repack everything in the packaging provided. We make no additional charge for washing up. We can even arrange to do the repacking for you (although we will make an additional charge for this service).
How do we repack the china ready for collection?
Don’t worry. We will provide clear written instructions and packing material.
What if something gets broken?
If you break or lose an item, a replacement charge will be payable from your damages deposit. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.
